Fenixer Labs LLC is a Delaware software development company. Clients commission us to design and build software; we are paid a fee for that engineering work. We hold no product of our own. This page consolidates the information most commonly requested by banks, payment processors and platforms, so it can be verified in one place.

2. Ownership and control
Fenixer Labs LLC is privately held and wholly owned by its founder, Omar Aoulad Lahsen, who serves as sole member and managing member and exercises sole control over the company.
There are no other beneficial owners, no outside investors, no parent company and no subsidiaries. Identity and address verification documents for the beneficial owner are available directly to financial institutions on request; they are not published here.
3. Business activity
Our registered principal activity is technology and software development. The line of services provided, as declared to the Internal Revenue Service, is:
"Software development, mobile app publishing, web apps, software tools, digital technology products."
In practice we are paid for one thing — engineering work commissioned by clients:
- Commissioned development. A client engages us under a written agreement and scope to design and build an application. We are paid a development fee against agreed milestones. Source code and infrastructure are handed over to the client, who owns and operates the result.
- Maintenance and support. Where a client asks us to keep maintaining software we built, we are paid a monthly retainer for that work.
The reference to "mobile app publishing" above covers store submission carried out as a deliverable inside a build — we submit an application to a store on the client's behalf, using the client's own developer account. Fenixer Labs does not publish or operate applications on its own account, and holds no consumer-facing product of its own.
Representative engagements
All of the following are publicly verifiable. Client engagements are listed only with the client's permission.
| Project | Type | Work performed |
|---|---|---|
| Royal Mirage Perfumes | Client engagement | Arabic-first, right-to-left e-commerce storefront for a Saudi fragrance brand, plus the custom admin back office that runs it. Cash-on-delivery checkout — no card data passes through the site. Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres. Delivered 2026. |
| Mastered Pulse | Client engagement | Editorial web application for a cinematic AI film studio — design, front end, back end, server-side lead capture and deployment. Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase. Delivered 2026. |
| Luma Player | Client engagement | Cross-platform media-player application for Android and Android TV built for a client, with a cloud sync service and browser dashboard. Flutter, Dart, Supabase. Distributed free by the client; supplied without media content. |
Scope of business. Fenixer Labs sells engineering work and published software. We sell no media content of any kind — no channels, streams, films, series, playlists, media libraries or content subscriptions. We operate no streaming infrastructure, host and transmit no media, and receive no revenue derived from media content.
Where an application we build or publish is a media player, it is supplied without content. The end user supplies their own sources, exactly as they would with a web browser or a PDF reader, and is solely responsible for holding the rights to those sources. This is set out and enforced in our Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
4. Services and pricing
Every engagement is quoted individually from a written scope. The figures below are indicative starting rates, published so a prospective client knows the order of magnitude before enquiring. The company is currently pre-revenue and is completing its contracting and payment infrastructure ahead of invoicing its first engagements. All amounts are in United States dollars (USD).
Project engagements — fixed price, milestone billed
| Engagement | From (USD) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery & technical scoping | $1,500 | One to two weeks; deliverable is a costed specification |
| Web application | $6,000 | Front end, back end, deployment, handover |
| Mobile application | $8,000 | Android and/or iOS, including store submission |
| Connected-TV application | $10,000 | Android TV and smart-TV platforms |
Ongoing work
| Service | Rate (USD) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Maintenance & support retainer | from $600 / month | Updates, monitoring, fixes; monthly, cancellable |
| Additional development | $650 / day | Billed in half-day units against an approved request |
| Technical consultation | $150 / hour | Architecture review, platform or store advice |
Standard payment terms: 40% on signature of the scope, 40% at the agreed midpoint milestone, 20% on final delivery. Typical engagement value is $1,500 to $15,000, with maintenance retainers recurring monthly. We do not accept cash, wire transfers from unknown third parties, or payment in cryptocurrency.
5. Payment handling
| Methods accepted | Major credit and debit cards, and standard online payment methods offered by our processor |
|---|---|
| Billing mechanism | Milestone invoices issued against a signed scope, settled by payment link |
| Processing | Handled entirely by regulated third-party payment providers |
| Card data | Fenixer Labs never receives, stores, processes or transmits raw card or bank credentials. Card details are captured directly by the processor. |
| Currency | United States dollars (USD) |
| Statement descriptor | FENIXER LABS |
| Recurring billing | Only for monthly maintenance retainers; cancellable at any time |
| Advance payment | Yes — the first milestone is payable on signature, before work begins |
6. Delivery and fulfilment
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is physically shipped; there are no delivery charges, shipping timescales or customs implications.
- Development work is delivered at each milestone as source code, builds, deployed environments and documentation, transferred into the client's own repository, cloud account or store listing.
- Typical timescales: discovery 1–2 weeks; a web or mobile application 4–12 weeks from signature, depending on scope. Milestone dates are fixed in the written scope before work begins.
- Published applications are delivered by immediate download at no charge.
Progress is reported to the client in writing at each milestone, and acceptance is confirmed before the next invoice is raised.
7. Cancellation and dispute handling
Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy is published. In summary:
- A client may cancel an engagement at any time; work completed and accepted up to that point is payable, and anything paid for work not yet started is refunded.
- Discovery fees are refundable in full if we withdraw before delivering the specification.
- Maintenance retainers may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
- Refund requests are acknowledged within 1 business day, decided within 3, and submitted to the processor within 5 of approval.
- Duplicate and erroneous charges are refunded in full regardless of timing.
- Clients are asked to contact us before raising a chargeback; we cooperate fully with processors and supply the signed scope, milestone acceptances, deliverables and correspondence.
We expect low dispute volume: every engagement rests on a signed written scope, work is accepted milestone by milestone before the next invoice, deliverables are verifiable in the client's own repository, and the statement descriptor matches our trading name.
8. Client support

9. Scope and intellectual-property compliance
- We build software to a client's specification and do not take work whose purpose is to infringe third-party rights. Our Acceptable Use & Content Policy sets out what we will and will not build.
- Intellectual property in commissioned work transfers to the client on final payment, save for our pre-existing tools and libraries, which are licensed to the client for use in the delivered software.
- We publish no applications on our own account, so no end-user licensing relationship arises between Fenixer Labs and a client's users.
- Where an application is a media player, it is shipped without content and its end-user terms place responsibility for sources on the user.
- Rights-holder notices are acknowledged within one business day at legal@fenixerlabs.net. A DMCA procedure is published on each published application's own website.
10. Sanctions, AML and restricted activity
We do not knowingly contract with, or accept payment from, any person or entity in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or appearing on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. Orders that our processor flags on sanctions grounds are declined.
We operate in no prohibited or high-risk vertical: we are not a money-services business, we do not deal in cryptocurrency, gambling, adult content, pharmaceuticals, firearms, tobacco, nutraceuticals or multi-level marketing, and we offer no financial services of any kind. We accept payment only from the contracting client, and only through our payment processor.
11. Data protection and security
Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and why; our Data Deletion procedure handles erasure requests. We collect the minimum needed to contract with, deliver to and support our clients. Client data encountered during an engagement is processed only on that client's instructions and under confidentiality. Because card data never reaches our systems, our PCI-DSS scope is limited to the applicable self-assessment for merchants who fully outsource payment capture.
12. Published policies
- Terms of Service — engagements, scope, payment, delivery, IP, liability
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — deposits, cancellation, disputes
- Acceptable Use & Content Policy — what we will and will not build
- Privacy Policy — collection, use, disclosure, rights
- Data Deletion — erasure request procedure
13. Contact for institutions
Banks, payment processors, platforms and their compliance teams may contact us directly. Supporting documentation — certificate of formation, IRS EIN confirmation, beneficial-owner identification and proof of address — is provided promptly on request.
