A development studio that turns a clear brief into working, maintainable, properly supported software.

Fenixer Labs LLC is an independent, privately held software development company incorporated in the State of Delaware. Clients commission us to design and build applications; we deliver the software, hand over the code, and support it afterwards.

We stay deliberately small, take on a limited number of engagements at a time, and remain accountable for what we ship long after the final milestone is signed off.

What we sell

Software development services. Clients commission us to design and build an application; we are paid a fee for that development work. We hold no product of our own.

Businesses and independent operators who need a mobile application, a web application, a connected-TV application or an internal software tool built to their specification.

How we charge

Fixed-price engagements billed against agreed milestones, and monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance. Every engagement is governed by a signed written agreement and scope.

How work is delivered

Digitally. Source code, builds, deployment and documentation are handed over to the client at each milestone through their own repository or cloud account. Nothing is physically shipped.

How we are paid

Milestone invoices settled by card or standard online payment, processed entirely by regulated third-party payment providers. Fenixer Labs never stores raw card or bank credentials.

Current stage

Pre-revenue. The company is newly formed and is completing its payment and contracting infrastructure ahead of invoicing its first engagements.

Every project is quoted from its own written scope. The figures below are our indicative starting rates, given so that a client knows the order of magnitude before enquiring. All amounts in United States dollars.

  1. Royal Mirage Perfumes

    Client engagement

    Arabic-first, right-to-left e-commerce storefront for a Saudi fragrance brand, together with the custom admin back office that runs it — catalogue, orders, content and policy pages. Cash-on-delivery checkout, so no card data passes through the site. Built with structured data, an image sitemap and end-to-end tests.

  2. Mastered Pulse

    Client engagement

    Editorial web application for a cinematic AI film studio — a work archive, staged creative-process breakdowns, and a server-side lead capture flow for the client's Access Pass programme. Built deliberately without a checkout: the site records an enquiry and the client completes the sale directly.
